Lankenau Hospital
Lankenau was granted a change to its zoning to make it easier to develop on their property. They will, within five years, be required to add an additional access drive to the property. Manoa Road is being considered but would need to have restricted use.

Rock Hill Road Redevelopment
Developers are speculating on residential concepts for the area.

Donations
We have donated $100 to both Union Fire Company and Lower Merion FOP to acknowlege their participation in our annual picnics and their service to the community.

Township funding provides the Union Fire Company with only, approximately, 75% of their annual operating budget. The rest of the budget is made up through fund raisers and from the generous donations of the community.

Welcome Committee
Director Diane Actman heads our welcoming committee. New neighbors receive a small welcoming gift that might include a clock-pencil holder, cookies or candies, merchant discounts and our directory. Please let us know if you know of a new neighbor.
