Neighborhood Events
Please watch for changes to our schedules as we are in the process of planning
a new events. We are considering a neighborhood fun-run (walk / run / bike)
ending in General Wayne Park with activities for our children and adults. Ideas
being considered include a garden plant exchange for the horticulturists among
us.
If have have any ideas or can help with logistics please call one of the directors,
or even better, attend the next meeting.
Concert in the Park
For the last several years, the rock band Living Proof has provided
dance music for our Fall Concert, held in the General Wayne Park in September.
The families who attended - both toddlers and parents -- enjoyed dancing to
the oldies.
Annual Spring Picnic
The MPCA's hosts an annual Spring Picnic. We have races and
ball throwing contests for the children with trophies for the winners. Clowns,
kosher hot dogs, drinks, fire trucks moon bounce and police dogs add to the
excitement and activities.
